Production Worker

Shift Times: Monday - Friday 06:30- 14:30 Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (rising to £12.65 per hour after 12 weeks on site) Location: Horsham Overview of the Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operator to join the FAG team on the AM shift. This role involves operating machinery to build and test finished goods within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be required to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), meet standard build times, and maintain high quality standards at all times. This is a long-term opportunity with progression and development available for committed team members.
