Role: Production Worker
Start date: Immediate Start
Location: Saxmundham, Suffolk
Hours: 40 hours a week (rotating shift)
Pay: £12.50ph+
Contract: Rolling

An excellent opportunity for a motivated individual local to Saxmundham to join a busy production team. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to develop practical skills within a manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided for the right candidate, just bring a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

You will start as a Production Worker, supporting line operations and ensuring products are prepared and handled efficiently. As you gain experience, there will be opportunities to train in other areas of the business, opening pathways for career progression and increased earnings.

This position operates on a rotating weekly shift pattern of 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.

Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates.

Packing duties include: -

Working in the manufacturing team, packing products as they come off the machine
Basic quality checking on products
Accuracy at logging batch numbers against customer orders
Inputting all stock into a stock control computer system
Ensuring you comply with all standards, procedures, and practices.
