You'll play a vital part in producing high-quality concrete blocks by operating batching, manufacturing, packaging machinery, and mobile plant. Report safety concerns and unsafe conditions immediately \n

Adhere strictly to risk assessments and safe systems of work \n

Keep PPE and tools well-maintained and report any defects \n

Ensure guarding on machinery is in place and functional \n

Follow permit-to-work procedures for high-risk tasks \n

What You'll Need

\n Basic literacy and numeracy (GCSE level or equivalent) \n

Experience working in a factory setting \n

£27,820.79 per annum plus shift allowance £6032.94 per annum & local productivity bonus, company pension and 27 days holiday. Working 4 on/4 off days working pattern average of 42 hours per week, 06.00-18.00with an hour for lunch.
