Job Title: Programme Manager (Only Banking experience ) Duration: long-term contract (Inside IR35) Location: Hybrid (x2-3 days to London) No student/PSW visa Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead large-scale technology transformation initiatives across DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure domains for a major Tier 1 bank in London. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end delivery of complex technology programmes across cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure streams. Work closely with architecture, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery. Manage roadmaps, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. Engage senior stakeholders, provide clear reporting, and ensure alignment with business goals. Oversee vendor delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Programme Manager within large-scale financial services or enterprise environments. Strong background in DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure), and Infrastructure programmes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience managing multi-year transformation programmes. Ability to work in fast-paced, regulated environments.
