We’re looking for a Program Manager who is ready to take ownership, lead with confidence, and deliver flawless product launches in a fast‑moving industrial environment.
What You Will Be Driving
In this strategic and hands‑on role, you will:
Lead full product launch cycles
- Own new products from early concept through to serial production
- Drive timelines, budgets, scope, quality, and communication
Influence technical decisions
- Select, source, and validate equipment and tooling
- Oversee commissioning and buy‑off of new machines
- Review and maintain technical drawings and specifications
Build reliable and scalable manufacturing processes
- Ensure processes meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Update documentation when changes are required
- Estimate cycle times and assist in accurate quotations
Be the connector between customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Act as the key technical contact for customers
- Coordinate engineering, production, quality, maintenance, and suppliers
- Lead APQP activities and structured launch processes
Drive continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities based on KPIs and customer feedback
- Support Lean initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
Experience We’re Looking For
Must‑have background
- Experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment
- Exposure to the automotive sector
- Direct involvement in launching new products for OEM customers
- (e.g., meeting OEM requirements, managing launch milestones, PPAP/APQP leadership)
Technical & Professional Skills
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related)
- Strong ability to prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations
- Confidence with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and statistical analysis
- Intermediate–advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- 2–4 years of relevant industry experience in machining, manufacturing, or process engineering
