About the team

As part of the Global Community Team, the mandate of the organisation’s giving programme is to advance mental health and wellbeing through movement and mindfulness.

This role sits within a high-growth team responsible for developing and stewarding a best-in-class global social impact programme.


The role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Impact Programmes, the Social Impact Programme Manager, EMEA will lead the strategic development, execution and delivery of key programmes across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.


Working closely with global and regional teams, this role requires strong expertise in social impact and/or employee engagement, excellent communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to the organisation’s social impact vision.


Key responsibilities

  • Regional impact strategy
  • Support the development and coordination of the regional giving strategy for EMEA, ensuring alignment with global priorities, long-term vision, and key performance indicators.
  • Programme management
  • Lead the delivery of local and regional social impact programmes, partnerships and ambassador-led initiatives across EMEA, ensuring alignment with both regional and global objectives.
  • Internal engagement
  • Drive internal awareness across EMEA through communications, events, leadership engagement, and storytelling, including updates and recaps following key milestones.
  • External engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify social impact efforts externally through campaigns, community events, activations and guest engagement.
  • Employee engagement
  • Coordinate and deliver employee impact programmes across EMEA in partnership with the global team, adapting to regional needs.
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Work closely with regional teams to embed social impact across the business, establish working groups and manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Partnership management
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of regional partnerships, maintaining relationships with non-profit and institutional partners, and identifying new opportunities where relevant.
  • Programme evaluation
  • Monitor and evaluate programmes and partnerships against agreed KPIs and metrics in collaboration with the global team.
  • Subject matter expertise
  • Provide guidance on social issues, support crisis and community response, and contribute to identifying and scaling social impact opportunities across the organisation.


Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. non-profit management, social impact, international development, sustainability or corporate innovation)
  • 8+ years’ experience in non-profit management, community-based work, corporate social responsibility or employee engagement
  • 8+ years’ experience managing external partners and consultancy relationships
  • Fluency in English (additional EMEA language skills are advantageous but not essential)
  • Based in London with the right to work in the UK
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proven experience in cross-functional project management across all levels of stakeholders
  • Experience implementing grant-making policies and processes, with knowledge of governance, reporting and grant management systems
  • Strong understanding of funder–grantee relationships and best practice in community engagement
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal), including the ability to navigate sensitive conversations
  • Experience in event planning and campaign delivery
  • Ability to work across diverse functions and stakeholder groups
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience working within matrixed organisations
