Program & Project Implementation Associate Reckitt, Kingston Upon Hull, England, United Kingdom About The Role Our Global Supply Program Implementation Associates support the coordination and realisation of compliance programs and projects. You will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the interdependent and multi‑purposed compliance‑related programs and projects across numerous Reckitt manufacturing sites and external manufacturing organisations.
NOTE - this role is for an initial fixed term contract period of 12 months
Location Reckitt, Dansom Lane South, HU8 7DS Your responsibilities
Ensure any risks highlighted through our compliance programs are mitigated and any actions associated are complete to reduce risks. Coordinate and follow up on open actions raised and logged. Coordinate and follow up with the Regulatory and Marketing teams. Escalate production plan risks to Global Supply Program Manager (GSPM) in order to create mitigation plans. Support global sites in the seamless delivery of artworks with minimal write‑off. Act as a point of contact for all Reckitt and EMOs sourcing sites involved, escalating to the GSPM. Take responsibility for process development and improvement required for sufficient and cost‑effective realisation of the compliance‑related changeovers on the supply side. Represent the Global Supply Implementation Manager where applicable. Provide support with status updates.
The experience we're looking for
Takes action to improve effectiveness and unblocks obstacles to successfully complete projects. Ability to collaborate with and influence cross‑functional teams. Flexible to travel, if required. Organised and able to prioritise. Achievement‑ and solutions‑focused. 3‑5 years pharmaceutical and/or FMCG industry project management experience with a proven track record is a must. Understanding of end‑to‑end supply chains in FMCG or pharmaceuticals. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority. Good presentation skills. Power BI, Project Online & Microsoft Excel experience is an advantage.
