Program Support Specialist – Global NED & Senior Advisor Program

London (3 days onsite London office )

£400-450 day rate


A leading global investment organisation is seeking a Senior Associate to support the delivery, scaling, and continuous improvement of its Global NED & Senior Advisor Program. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of investment governance, senior advisory talent, and global stakeholder engagement.


Working closely with senior leaders across multiple regions, you’ll help shape and manage the frameworks that support the deployment of Non‑Executive Directors and Senior Advisors across investment portfolios and governance forums, contributing directly to informed decision‑making and long‑term value creation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, document and continuously enhance program frameworks, processes and governance models.
  • Coordinate global stakeholder input, approvals and communications.
  • Produce high‑quality materials for senior internal and external audiences.
  • Project‑manage toolkits, guides and knowledge repositories.
  • Research best practice, peer activity and market trends.
  • Coordinate annual assessment cycles for internal nominees and Senior Advisors.
  • Maintain program records, reporting, workflows and communications.
  • Support technology solutions that enable scale, efficiency and data‑driven decisions.
  • Assist with events and recruitment activity, managing complex logistics and senior stakeholders.
  • General Administration and project work.


What You will Bring

  • Strong experience in teams focused on Investment, HR, Advisory, Risk/Compliance, Change or Governance.
  • Exposure to investment, asset management or institutional environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management capability.
  • Exceptional writing skills with strong judgement on tone, structure and detail.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to produce high‑quality reporting and presentations.
  • Confidence influencing senior leaders and external advisors.
  • High attention to detail, resilience and comfort working in ambiguity.
  • Hybrid: 3 days per week in the London office
