Monitoring progress and addressing issues proactively will be key, especially across transformation programmes like Argos fulfilment, proposition, network, operating model, and warehouse management systems.

With strong project and programme management qualifications and understanding of the UK retail market and Customer Fulfilment, you are resilient and persistent in driving impactful business initiatives. Your ability to translate ideas into strategies and engage stakeholders makes you a key driver of success.

• Experience managing complex, cross-functional business change projects from concept to delivery, including stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
• Ability to translate strategic ideas into actionable plans.
