Programme Manager - Business Change (People & Process)
£70,000 - £80,000 + Exceptional Package

TRIA are delighted to be partnering with a high-profile, values-driven organisation in central London who are continuing to invest heavily in their Business Change function. Following sustained growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Programme Manager to lead major, organisation-wide change initiatives.
This is a senior, influential role within a large and mature change portfolio, working alongside some truly outstanding Programme and Project Managers. The Role
As Programme Manager, you will take full ownership of large-scale business change programmes from conception through to delivery and operational handover. These programmes span multiple departments and disciplines, and are directly aligned to the organisation's strategic objectives.
You will:
Provide senior-level leadership and strategic direction across major programmes
Act as the single point of accountability for programme performance, risks, issues, dependencies and change
Present a clear, consolidated view of progress to C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
Lead and influence multi-disciplinary, matrix-managed teams, ensuring consistent delivery standards and governance
Manage cross-programme dependencies, resource allocation and budget control
Oversee programme budgets typically ranging from £250k to £10m
Manage and assure third-party suppliers and contracts where required
Act as a trusted advisor to Senior Managers, providing expertise in governance, planning, reporting, risk and change managementAbout You
You'll be a confident, delivery-focused Programme Manager with a proven track record of leading complex business change in large organisations. You'll bring both strong technical programme management capability and excellent people leadership skills, with the ability to influence at every level.
Key experience required:
Full end-to-end Programme Management at a senior level
Delivery of complex, high-value, high-profile programmes
Strong governance, risk, issue and change management experience
Business change delivery across multiple functions, including IT
Senior stakeholder engagement, including Board and C-suite
Matrix management of Project and Programme Managers
Supplier and contract management experience
Ability to work hybrid/remote while building strong internal relationshipsExperience working within a structured MSP and PRINCE2 environment is essential, with MSP and/or PRINCE2 certification strongly .
Package & Benefits
£70,000 - £80,000 salary (depending on experience)
