Job Description
Are you an experienced Programme Manager with exposure to M&A, acquisitions or complex integrations?
Would you thrive in an outcome-driven, fast-paced environment where delivery, structure and judgement really matter?
We’re looking for a Programme Manager to lead a high-visibility, multi-workstream integration programme. This is a delivery-focused role in a regulated environment, requiring confident coordination across operations, technology, and financial processes, with senior stakeholder engagement.
What you’ll do:
Lead delivery of a complex acquisition and integration programme
Establish and run programme governance, milestones and reporting
Coordinate integration across operations, technology, and financial processes
Manage risks, dependencies and delivery issues, escalating as required
Oversee third-party partners against agreed scope and timelines
Support a controlled transition into BAU
What we’re looking for:
Proven Programme Manager experience within financial services and regulated environments
Direct exposure to M&A, acquisitions or integrations
Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders and executive governance
Strong delivery focus with the ability to impose structure in complex programmes
