Programme Manager (Retrofit) Permanent

Your role: The GMCA has an exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager (Retrofit) to join its award-winning Retrofit Team in the Environment Directorate. The role will manage a team delivering over £100m of housing retrofit measures to help meet the targets in the Greater Manchester 5-year Environment Plan and Retrofit Action Plan which are aiming to make Greater Manchester carbon neutral by 2038. A key focus of the role will be to programme manage the delivery of major government funded schemes, such as Energy Company Obligation (ECO), Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS), Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF), GM Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund (WH:SHF), and GM Warm Homes: Local Grant (WH:LG), alongside supporting the Domestic Retrofit work package of the GM Local Net Zero Accelerator (LNZA).
