Leading retail client now requires a programme manager to lead change through a multi year supply chain transformation, covering technology, physical infrastructure, operational processes and people.

This role will establish and set up the multi year supply chain programme, programme governance and delivery plan.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience delivering multi year, complex retail programmes.
• Experience delivering change across all aspects of warehousing, transport and supply chain.
• Proven experience of leading physical distribution change and transformation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage third parties and stakeholders.
• Experience working with matrix operating models and managing large budgets.
• Any experience with Oracle, Paragon, Blue Yonder (retail supply chain systems) is desirable.

This is an initial 3-month contract which provides a daily rate of £590 (Inside IR35).

In terms of office location, this role is hybrid with 2-3 days per week in our client Central London office.
