Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in programme or workstream management within an FCA-regulated environment.

• Strong governance and control capabilities, including RAID log management and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proactive and transparent approach.
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, including meeting facilitation, documentation, and coordination.
