As part of this journey, they are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of strategically important projects.This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to work across a dynamic, fast-paced environment, influencing delivery at both operational and senior leadership levels.The Opportunity:You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment across workstreams, managing dependencies, and driving delivery against strategic objectives.This role requires a hands-on, proactive individual who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex programmes while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Lead, plan, and deliver multiple projects to agreed scope, time, cost, and qualityDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, managing dependencies, milestones, and critical pathsIdentify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and assumptions with clear escalation where requiredEstablish and maintain strong project governance, including status reporting and steering meetingsCoordinate cross-functional teams across operations, commercial, supply chain, technical, and external partnersEnsure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadershipEssential:Proven experience as a Programme Manager delivering multiple projectsStrong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and senior leadershipExpertise in project planning, risk management, reporting, and governanceExperience using project management tools such as MS ProjectExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.JBRP1_UKTJ
