Project Administrator 3 month Contract (Likely to be extended another 3-6 months) Location: Dartford (Office-based) Rate: £130 per day (Inside IR35)

We are recruiting for an IT service company looking for admin staff to work in their office supporting a device Refresh Project. This role is suited to someone who is hardworking and has good attention to detail.

This is an administrative role supporting device collection activities.

Key responsibilities include:

Making outbound calls to users to arrange device deliveries and collections Updating and maintaining spreadsheets Tracking Proof of Deliveries (PODs) Managing tickets on the customer system (service now) General administrative support as required Skills Required:

Confident on the telephone Good organisational skills Basic Excel / spreadsheet experience You will need to either have BPSS (within the last 6 months) or be put through it before starting.
