Job Description
Project Administrator - Birmingham (B2 4BH)

Monday to Friday, 37 hours, flexible working hours
£14.94 p/hr paid on a weekly basis
Temporary until June 2026

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and a confident communicator? We're recruiting an Administrator to support a busy Public Sector department in the heart of Birmingham. There may be occasional travel to the London office . This role will be hybrid , up to two days onsite and then the balance from home.

Key Responsibilities:a

Arranging meetings and calendar management
\n
Document organisation
\n
Arranging site visits and inductions
\n
Tracking orders
\n
Liaising across the clients' internal teams
\n
\n
What We're Looking For:

\n
Strong communication skills
\n
Excellent organisation
\n
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
\n
A flexible and reliable approach to work
\n
Desirable - experience with project support work
\n
\n
Important: This role requires a Standard DBS and three years of satisfactory references .
