Job Description
Project and Bid CoordinatorSalary - DOEFull time We are looking for a Project and Bid Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects within the Project Management Office while coordinating and contributing to high-quality bid submissions for both commercial and government clients. The role ensures projects are effectively managed and bids are delivered to a high standard to secure new and existing business. This role is located in Redhill, SurreyKey Responsibilities of Project and Bid CoordinatorAssist Project Managers in the implementation and delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectivesSupport the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including Project Management Plans, Risk Registers, and Project SchedulesMonitor project progress and ensure smooth coordination across departmentsMaintain accurate financial records and produce monthly reports for the Programme DirectorOrganise and support internal project review meetingsTrack project tasks and ensure completion in line with agreed schedulesSupport cost tracking and supplier management activitiesCoordinate bid activities in line with company bid management processesContribute to writing and compiling high-quality bid submissionsMaintain and update the bid library and bid tracking databasesSupport post-bid reviews and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure all bid responses are completed on time and meet quality standardssDeliver effective support for project implementation aligned with programme prioritiesEnsure accuracy and timeliness of project and financial reportingContribute to the successful submission of competitive, high-quality bidsMaintain high levels of customer satisfactionExperience & Qualifications of Project and Bid CoordinatorDegree in technology, engineering, or a related field ()Project Management qualification (desirable)Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance (SC)Strong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Visio, and ProjectAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a teamAble to travel to work in Redhill, Surrey
