ARB-Registered Architect – Planning Specialist\n\nAn opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated ARB-registered Architect to join a busy and fast-paced architectural team. This role is ideal for someone with strong planning experience who is ready to take ownership of the planning process across a range of residential and commercial projects.\n\nThe ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering consistently high-quality work, even while managing multiple projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead the preparation and submission of planning applications\n\nLiaise with clients and planning authorities confidently and professionally\n\nProvide guidance to internal drafting teams, ensuring design intent is met\n\nWork collaboratively across the early stages of the design process\n\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of planning policy and RIBA Stages 0–4\n\nRequirements:\n\nARB-registered Architect\n\nProven experience with planning applications and approvals\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication and client-facing skills\n\nStrong time management and organisational abilities\n\nProficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously\n\nFamiliarity with RIBA Stages 0–3 (essential); working knowledge of Stages 3–4 \n\nIf you’re a planning-savvy Architect looking for a new challenge in a vibrant environment, we’d love to hear from you
