A growing architectural practice in Central London is seeking a talented Project Architect to lead high-quality residential projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of design-led work and contribute to a collaborative, creative team.
Responsibilities:
Lead residential projects through all RIBA stages
Produce high-resolution detailing and manage on-site delivery
Liaise directly with clients and consultants
Oversee contract administration and project coordination
Skills:
ARB-registered with 3+ years post-Part 3 experience
Strong design and technical skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup anf Adobe Suite
Proven experience in domestic residential architecture
Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively
The right to live and work in the UK
