Responsibilities:

Lead design development and coordination on large-scale Middle Eastern projects Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across concept, planning and delivery stages Model and document in Revit and Rhino to a high standard Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders Ensure design integrity and technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years post-Part III experience, ideally with exposure to luxury or cultural projects Strong proficiency in Revit and Rhino is essential, Grasshopper a bonus Experience working on Middle Eastern schemes or international projects is highly desirable Confident communicator with excellent presentation and coordination skills Passion for design innovation and cultural sensitivity The right to live and work in the UK
