Conrad Consulting are excited to be working with a forward‑thinking architectural practice in Basingstoke, known for delivering standout work across Residential, Commercial, Education, and Conservation sectors. Following a period of sustained success, they’re expanding and looking for a talented Project Architect to become a key part of their team.
What we’re looking for?
You’ll be a Part 3 qualified Project Architect with at least three years’ post‑qualification experience and a passion for delivering high‑quality work.
Key skills include:
RIBA/ARB registration
Experience working across the project lifecycle through all RIBA stages
Confident project running and team coordination
Proficiency in AutoCAD, with working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of UK Planning, Building Regulations, and tender processes
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Experienced across a mix of sectors, particularly education, residential and commercial
