That is the level this role is aimed at.


Grõ Careers is representing a respected London studio looking for Project Architects with proven experience leading significant projects or major packages on complex UK schemes.


Not almost there.

Already there.


What they're looking for


Architects who can demonstrate:


  • clear RIBA Stage 2-5 strength
  • real project or package leadership
  • confidence coordinating consultants and driving decisions
  • strong technical judgement and delivery maturity
  • the ability to speak convincingly about buildability, pressure, and problem-solving


Sector background could include workplace, education, hospitality, housing, mixed-use, or technically demanding retrofit / adaptive re-use.

This is not a studio looking for drawing support wrapped up as progression.


They are looking for people who can take ownership properly - and want to give them the platform to do it on serious projects, within a practice known for quality, technical intelligence, and standards that hold.


A strong proportion of the work involves existing and listed buildings, so this will particularly suit architects who enjoy complexity and the challenge of making ambitious architecture work in the real world.

Salary: circa £48,000-£52,000+, depending on experience.
