This is an opportunity for a capable Project Architect to join a large, design focused AJ100 studio with an excellent reputation for delivering thoughtful and well coordinated projects.

A growing, deign led architecture practice is seeking a Project Architect to join their team.

The practice works across a mix of residential, commercial, healthcare and education sectors within the UK. You would join a collaborative team that values clarity, communication, and proactive problem solving, particularly during key delivery stages.

As a Project Architect, you will take a client facing role, help coordinate a small team, and run packages of major projects using Revit. The practice offers hybrid working, good work life balance, a friendly culture, and clear pathways for progression. You will be supported by senior designers while still having space to take ownership of your work and shape project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead work packages on medium to large scale projects across residential, commercial, and education sectors
  • Attend client meetings, present design information, and help manage stakeholder relationships
  • Coordinate a small internal team and support junior designers through delivery stages.
  • Produce and oversee Revit models and ensure technical information is accurate and well coordinated
  • Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal leads to maintain programme and quality
  • Contribute to design reviews, problem solving sessions, and practice wide technical discussions

Skills

  • ARB registered Architect with 3-5 years post qualification experience
  • Strong Revit capability and confidence working within BIM protocols
  • Solid technical knowledge with an ability to resolve details and coordinate information
  • Experience collaborating within a large practice environment and managing small teams
  • Confident communicator with a professional, client facing approach
  • The right to live and work in the UK

Benefits

  • Hybrid working 2 days from home
  • 37.5 hour working week
  • Up to 3 weeks a year to work remotely
  • Training, mentoring, and structured development opportunities
  • Inclusive culture with design reviews, social activities, and peer support
  • Access to high profile UK projects across multiple sectors

If you want to step into a project leading role within a supportive and well organised practice, this could be the right next move.
