Lead and develop a high-performing project controls team Integrate planning, cost, and risk into a single, coherent performance view Identify risks early and drive proactive mitigation strategies Influence senior stakeholders through clear, strategic insight Strengthen governance within NEC contract frameworks Enable data-driven decision-making across major programmes
