PMO MANAGER / PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER HAVANT, HAMPSHIRE Our client is a successful and well respected civil engineering contractor, currently delivering a number of exciting, large infrastructure projects and with ambitious growth plans in place. They are seeking a PMO Manager (Project Controls), to provide accurate, timely and reliable management information on a large, exciting infrastructure project in Havant, Hampshire. Responsibilities: * Monitor project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM), KPIs, and dashboards * Provide continuity between the design, cost control, planning/scheduling, and estimating functions and deliverables * Compile monthly reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders. * Provide project control insights to support strategic decision-making and lessons learned * Support project reviews and senior level meetings to manage performance and delivery * Structures project requirements and changes to contract scope. * Support coordination of project risk activities, including the identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of risks * Develop and maintain organization structures and maps * Maintain the project schedule in conjunction with the Project Planners * Assist collaboration team with production and updating of collaboration deliverables * Act as a link between project management and execution teams. * Challenge and make suggestions where the project team can improve Qualifications/Skills: * Understanding of scheduling/programming, cost forecasting, dashboards and senior level reporting * Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Construction Management, Engineering or related field * Experience with Design and Build projects * BIM and document management * Knowledge of construction techniques * Experience with Excel Queries * Good understanding of BIM and associated information management systems * IT Microsoft Office skills -Outlook, Word, Excel, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Power Bi * Experience of large complex construction projects would be advantageous * Change management experience would be advantageous * NEC contract experience would be advantageous * Full Driving Licence * CSCS card preferred Company Benefits; • Basic salary to £50,000 • 25 days annual leave • Pension match up to 10% • Private Medical Insurance • Annual discretionary bonus scheme • Professional qualifications paid Run Resourcing Ltd acts solely as a recruitment intermediary and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by the hiring company.
