We're supporting a growing company that partners with major energy organisations to improve how complex projects and programmes are planned, controlled and delivered. They're looking for a Project Controls Manager who enjoys working closely with clients. Not just reporting on performance, but helping shape better outcomes through strong controls, clear insight and trusted advice. What You'll Be Doing You'll work alongside client delivery teams to design and lead effective project controls across major capital programmes, including: Leading planning, cost, risk and performance reporting activities

Setting up practical, fit-for-purpose project controls frameworks

Establishing baselines, governance and performance metrics

Turning complex data into clear, decision-ready insight for senior stakeholders

Improving consistency, quality and integration across controls disciplines

Coaching teams and helping clients build stronger internal capability

What We're Looking For You'll be an experienced project controls professional with a consultative mindset and strong stakeholder skills. You'll ideally have: Experience leading project controls on complex energy, infrastructure or capital projects
