Project Coordinator
Location: Wimbledon
Project: Hospital / Healthcare Project
Duration: 9 Months

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join a main contractor delivering a live hospital project in Wimbledon. T
Due to the complex nature of the hospital works, this role will be primarily office-based. The site activities are already well established, and the successful candidate will focus on supporting site operations and compliance rather than managing trade packages on site.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating site inductions (high volume and ongoing)
*
Assisting with RAMS reviews and control
*
Timekeeping and workforce records
*
Document control, including drawings, permits, and compliance paperwork
*
Supporting procurement activities and materials tracking
*
General site administration and coordination
*
Assisting the Site Manager and Project Team with day-to-day operational tasks
*
Ensuring procedures align with hospital / healthcare environment standards
Requirements:
*
Experience working on hospital or healthcare projects ()
*
Strong understanding of site paperwork, RAMS, and compliance
*
Organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a site office environment
*
Good communication skills and ability to liaise with site teams and subcontractors
*
CSCS card required
