This exciting role plays a key part in addressing health inequalities and promoting healthier lifestyles across the borough through a mobile outreach approach. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and deliver a monthly schedule of "Come and Have a Chat" health outreach events using the public health bus. Ensure coverage across the borough, focusing on areas with the greatest health needs and inequalities. Coordinate a range of health and wellbeing interventions, including clinical services like vaccinations, stop smoking support, NHS Health Checks, blood pressure checks, diabetes prevention, and healthy lifestyle advice.
