Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a talented Project Coordinator to join our Power & Civils Distribution business. This role is based in our Kilmarnock office, but will be hybrid of field and desk work across our sites. The Project Coordinator will be working on the delivery of a framework contract for Scottish Power Energy Network
The Project Coordinator role involves coordination of resources, stakeholders, and documentation to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently and in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
You should have experience of working with a wide range of colleagues, stakeholders, clients and customers. Ideally with a background in large infrastructure or construction projects. The role requires strong communication skills, administrative expertise and PC Skills to include, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support directly into the Contract Managers, Project Manager and engineering teams across multiple LV projects.
* Maintain and monitor project schedules, plans, and progress trackers.
* Coordinate internal resources and suppliers for the execution of projects.
* Link in with scheduling teams to coordinate resource for customer appointments
