You'll play a key role within a dynamic project management team, acting as a trusted partner to Project Managers and supporting the successful delivery of business-critical programmes.
The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
Support the delivery of multiple projects across a diverse portfolio Act as a central point of coordination for project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment Produce high-quality documentation including meeting notes, reports, and risk logs Track project performance (planned vs actual) and proactively highlight risks and issues Assist Project Managers and occasionally lead smaller project activities Help develop and improve project management processes and best practices Drive continuous improvement across projects and operations This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
About You
You'll bring:
A solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, APM, PMP) Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) The ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a "can-do" attitude Experience working in cross-functional or matrix environments
Desirable Experience
Experience within a structured PMO or project environment Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, (url removed), Miro, or similar Exposure to data/reporting tools such as Power BI or SharePoint Relevant project management certification
