Do you come from a technical admin, purchasing coordination, or estimating support background? Looking for a new, exciting challenge as a Project Coordinator and a more involved project role?

A growing construction-focused business based close to Marlow is looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to act as the link between Technical Sales, Operations, and Design & Engineering.

This role ensures that what is specified to the customer is delivered accurately, on time, and in line with project requirements. It’s a key position where attention to detail, coordination, and clear communication are critical.

This role is office based close to Marlow working Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Fri 8-4pm. The salary for this role is between £32,000 and £35,000 dependent on experience. In addition a discretionary 10% bonus is available

Key responsibilities for the Project Coordinator role are:

* Coordinate projects from handover through to delivery

* Review drawings to extract product requirements

* Manage schedules, orders, and delivery timelines

* Align product supply with construction programmes

* Liaise with internal teams and customers

* Track changes, resolve issues, and keep projects on track

Skills Required for the Project Coordinator role are:

* Construction industry experience (coordination, admin, purchasing or estimating support)

* Able to read and interpret construction drawings

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects
