Project Director – Façades (Data Centre Division)

£90,000 – £110,000 + Package

The Company

A well-established and growing façade manufacturer / contractor with a turnover of circa £25m, delivering high-performance building envelope solutions across the UK and Europe.

The business designs, manufactures and installs its own bespoke metal cladding and façade systems, working with a wide range of leading main contractors across multiple sectors. Its Data Centre Division is a key growth area, focused on delivering complex, mission-critical façade packages where programme certainty and technical compliance are essential.

The Role

The Project Director will take full accountability for the safe, timely and profitable delivery of high-value (£15m+) façade packages on data centre projects.

You will lead projects end-to-end — from pre-construction tender negotiation through design, procurement, manufacturing and installation — ensuring critical milestones, commissioning dates and client expectations are achieved.

This is a senior, client-facing role requiring strong commercial control, technical leadership and programme management across mission-critical environments.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience delivering £15m+ façade or envelope packages
• Strong data centre or mission-critical project experience
• End-to-end delivery capability (pre-con through to handover)
• Technical expertise in high-performance full envelope systems
• Strong commercial and contractual management skills
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams
• Director-level client interface experience
• Track record of maintaining programme certainty on critical path projects
• 10+ years within façade or envelope contracting
