Overview Fuse is looking for an experienced Event Professional with both ticket and major event management experience. The role reports to the Head of Major Events and will be the main day-to-day point of contact with one key client (Enterprise Rent-a-Car). A focus of the role is managing communications, the request and approval process, and delivery of the client’s tickets across their match days in the UEFA Europa League (UEL) and UEFA Conference League (UECL) competitions. The primary responsibility is the successful pre-event planning, implementation, and onsite delivery of the Enterprise guest programme(s) at the UEFA Finals from 2026 onwards. You will have strong communication skills to engage with a pool of global clients, with leadership responsibility for 3 direct reports. Strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, attention to detail, and excellent Microsoft Excel skills are required; knowledge of ticketing guest management systems would be a bonus. You will join a creative and dynamic team and support ongoing projects. Main day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Season Ticketing
Manage a team of Account Managers and Account Executives Oversee the management and distribution of ticketing assets across projects Oversee global communications to markets of each client, with final review and approval of all communications Act as a point of escalation for the team to the client as required Manage and lead financial reconciliation across both clients Plan and onsite delivery of guest programmes for guests at the UEFA Europa League Final and UEFA Conference League Final Act as a senior contact and interface between clients, client agencies, venue stakeholders, and the destination management company (DMC) Cooperate with project workstream leads to ensure smooth delivery of the overall guest experience Support the team to meet deadlines, submissions, and artwork approvals Create and manage key project documents including project plan, security plan, stadium operations plan, event schedule, and hour-by-hour onsite documents and budget Own the guest programme budget with regular client reporting and payment oversight Coordinate with Market Communications & Finance teams to ensure accurate tracking and timely billing of packages and additional costs to markets Plan venue visits and client meetings as necessary Prepare client presentations and documents, as required Prepare staff briefing documents and event manuals Coordinate onsite staff logistics (accommodation, flights, per diem, etc.) Provide onsite presence for approximately 11 days to oversee the guest programme(s) Offer onsite support and guidance throughout all stages of the programme(s) Manage onsite client relations, including attendance at daily client meetings Escalation point for Fuse team, client(s), client agencies, and H&S teams Provide post-event client reporting to improve future programmes Participate in reviews of internal processes and propose improvements for future Finals Own budget reconciliation (cost & income)
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience in major sporting events, specifically in managing partnerships, ticketing, hospitality and guest programmes Project/Account management experience across a range of sport brands Experience with online ticketing portals and guest management systems Strong or advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong numeracy and analytical skills with financial process management Strong reporting capability Experience in managing mid to senior level clients and internal stakeholders Experience of working with international clients is a bonus but not essential Experience of people management and ability to motivate and manage project teams
Requirements You must have the ability and willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional UK travel, on-site at events, and some weekend work.
