This is a flagship scheme involving complex structural alterations, partial demolition and the transformation of an existing commercial building into a high-specification modern workspace. The role will suit a proven leader with extensive experience delivering technically challenging refurbishment and structural projects in constrained city environments. About the Project Director role Reporting to the Construction Director, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from pre-construction through to completion. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure the scheme is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standard.
