More about the role:

Technical: Conduct in-depth analysis of escalated sites using various databases and technologies to identify resolution paths. Liaise internally and externally to maintain effective technical responses and actions for any issues raised, reviews, or investigations, including planning, data report provision. Working with the Data team to perform detailed technical reviews of any elements of a flow survey raised by internal departments, management, or clients. Triage issues, provide solutions and manage client communications. Provide advice and solutions to clients' requests.
