Shifts: - Days- Mon- Friday (9-5pm/8-4pm)

Russell Taylor Group are working with a leading UK food group looking to recruit two Project Engineers due to business growth- our client is looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and ready to get things done.

Responsibilities
• Lead capital projects up to £250k from concept to completion.
• Shape project scopes, specs, budgets, and timelines.
• Run tenders and negotiate contracts.
• Keep everything on track which includes safety, quality, compliance & delivery.
• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Technical & more.
• Manage contractors, permits, and onsite safety.
• Report progress and drive projects over the finish line.

The Person
• Engineering degree (or equivalent)
• Safety training qualifications (SMSTS, IOSH, FAAW, etc.)
• Previous project management experience (of the full process)
• Strong communicator who gets things moving
• Sharp problem solver with an eye for detail
• Confident with MS Office and engineering software
