Project Engineer Birstol/Hybrid We are seeking a skilled Projects Engineer to deliver modern technology solutions across a diverse customer base in multiple industry sectors. This role focuses on technical implementation and offers exposure to a wide range of technologies and environments. Key Responsibilities: Implement solutions in line with technical designs and project delivery plans, both remotely and on client sites Create technical project plans, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures Lead customer interactions during project delivery and provide initial support during warranty periods Ensure smooth handover to support teams and transfer knowledge effectively Conduct quality assurance activities on projects implemented by other team members Manage workload to meet delivery timeframes and maintain compliance with company procedures and regulations Required Skills & Experience: Experience working within a projects environment (internal or MSP) Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot, Teams, Exchange Online, and M365 Understanding of M365 and Access, including Conditional Access and MFA Background in traditional Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and manage workload effectively Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude Desired Qualities: Experience in ISO-9001, ISO-27001, and Cyber Essentials certified organisations Familiarity with ITIL-aligned service operations Exposure to project delivery using both waterfall and agile methodologies Knowledge of modern approaches to cybersecurity
