We are collaborating with a leading design and manufacturing company that specializes in telecoms and security solutions. To fuel their ongoing expansion, they are looking for a dedicated Project Engineer to join their vibrant team and play a vital role in project execution.
Role Overview:
As a Project Engineer, you will handle various engineering tasks essential for project success. Your expertise will significantly contribute to the company’s mission of delivering high-quality systems and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective system designs that meet client needs.
* Conduct comprehensive technical reviews of bids before submission to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Create detailed technical documentation to support proposal efforts.
* Design systems tailored to project specifications, employing both conventional and innovative approaches.
* Generate precise engineering drawings and documentation for client approval.
* Provide clear and thorough documentation to guide manufacturing processes.
* Assist production teams during the build and testing phases to ensure adherence to specifications.
* Implement IP-based systems, including cameras, servers, storage devices, network equipment, and fiber optics.
* Organize and participate in Factory Acceptance Testing to confirm that systems meet client requirements.
* Offer support to clients during installation and commissioning phases.
* Provide ongoing assistance throughout the system’s lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and possibly Visio.
* Technical engineering qualifications in electrical/electronic engineering or relevant industry experience.
* Ability to reliably commute or willingness to relocate prior to starting work.
