Presenting itself is the opportunity to join a team of experts, working across a variety of interesting industries, giving you exposure to high-profile industrial and government clients, including, but not limited to: the MOD, British Airways, BMW and many more In this role, the successful Project Engineer or similar will be responsible for perform engineering surveys, inspections, compliance assessments and technical reporting on pressure systems, compressed air installations, industrial gas systems, LEV systems and related equipment.

In addition, you will be responsible for conducting on-site surveys and inspections of pressure systems, compressed air systems, breathing air quality systems and related engineering plants, alongside, producing accurate site survey documentation, risk assessments and inspection reports.

On top of this, you will also be responsible for undertaking formal examinations and testing of pressure vessels, piping and system performance, as well as ensuring all inspection work is in compliance with relevant UK legislation and regulatory standards as well as company standards.

Penultimately, you will be responsible for support drawing and documentation of system layouts as and when needed as well as keeping accurate technical documentation of any projects worked.

Finally, you will be responsible for client, customer, company and stakeholder liaison, providing technical advice when required.

The ideal Project Engineer or similar will come from a background within pressure systems, with a strong knowledge of mechanical engineering.

In addition, you will also have previous experience in an Engineering Surveyor role or a related position with previous working experience carrying out technical inspections, surveys and/or compliance checks.

On top of this, you will have strong organisational, communicational and presentation skills.

Penultimately, you will be happy to travel and work from various customer sites.

Finally, you will hold a full, valid UK driver's license.
