You will be responsible for design, execution, and technical oversight across the full project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine project requirements and stakeholder needsSupport Project Execution Plans (design, safety case, commissioning)Develop engineering designs and technical solutionsProduce and approve technical specificationsManage design and modification activitiesOversee contractor work, risk assessments, and method statementsProvide technical supervision during construction and commissioningEnsure compliance with engineering, safety, and quality standardsSupport handover to operations and maintain configuration controlConduct root cause analysis and continuous improvement activitiesEssential Skills & ExperienceHNC/HND/Degree (NQF Level 5/6 or equivalent)Mechanical or Electrical engineering backgroundExperience within industrial or process plant environmentsNuclear or conventional project engineering experienceStrong understanding of engineering standards and complianceDesirableKnowledge of safety rules and risk assessment methodologiesUnderstanding of site licence and quality management systemsCDM Designer experienceContract and project delivery experienceMembership of a professional engineering bodyChartered Engineer statusJBRP1_UKTJ
