Project Engineer - North West London


£350- £400/ Day Rate or £80,000- £90,000 + Benefits PAYE


A leading RC frame and groundwork contractor is seeking a Project Engineer to join a flagship residential development in North West London. This is a £17m RC frame project where the contractor is acting as Principal Contractor, delivering a full package including civils, excavations, drainage, piling, basement box, and superstructure works.


Project details:

  • Double deep basement
  • Two 10-storey residential blocks
  • Jump cores and post-tensioned slabs
  • Two tower cranes on site


This is a great opportunity to join a strong delivery team on a technically challenging scheme, with further phases to follow.


Role overview:

  • Supporting project delivery from early stages through to completion
  • Setting out and overseeing RC frame and groundwork elements
  • Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
  • Ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are met
  • Liaising with site management and engineering teams


Requirements:

  • Background with RC frame / groundwork contractors
  • Strong setting out and engineering experience
  • Experience on similar residential or major projects
  • Excellent communication and site coordination skills
