We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?

The Project Engineering Manager leads the safe, compliant, and efficient technical delivery of complex Critical National Infrastructure projects within a regulated National Grid account environment. Acting as the senior authority for engineering assurance, the role ensures all technical solutions align with design intent, statutory and industry standards, and client governance requirements through delivery lifecycle, commissioning, and handover. The role provides clear technical direction, resolves complex engineering challenges, and ensures robust documentation, assurance evidence, and effective change control are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Championing a proactive safety, quality, and compliance culture, the Project Engineering Manager embeds right‑first‑time engineering, continuous improvement, and consistent standards across the portfolio, while driving high operational performance and customer satisfaction through strong stakeholder engagement.

Technical & Engineering Assurance
Act as the senior authority for engineering assurance, ensuring all designs, specifications, construction methodologies, commissioning activities, and engineering outputs comply with statutory obligations, industry standards, and client governance. Lead resolution of complex engineering issues, maintain configuration control, and ensure engineering documentation, ITPs, records, and approvals are accurate, current, and audit‑ready. Technical knowledge to write engineering documents is also required. 

Delivery & Programme Management
Lead the technical delivery of multiple concurrent telecoms engineering workstreams from concept through handover. Provide robust engineering input to plans, schedules, and methodologies, monitoring progress and risks impacting safety, quality, cost, or programme.

Customer, Quality & People Leadership
Act as the senior technical interface for customers, partners, suppliers, and regulators, providing transparent updates on scope, risks, and design decisions. Champion safety, quality, and compliance while providing technical leadership, coaching, and capability development across engineering teams.
