About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and solutions-oriented Project & Implementation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage client relationships, lead a growing team of implementation specialists, and oversee end-to-end project delivery. From scoping projects to post-implementation support, you’ll ensure that each project is delivered on time, to the highest standards, and with an exceptional client experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations are aligned and exceeded.
  • Lead and support a growing team of implementation specialists (currently 2 team members).
  • Oversee projects from initial scoping and planning to delivery and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and secure further projects.
  • Provide technical guidance to the team, particularly around CRM systems and automation tools.
  • Manage resources effectively to meet project demands.
  • Occasionally travel to client sites as required.


What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for systems, processes, and problem-solving.
  • Interest in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot), project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), and automation platforms (e.g., Make.com, Zapier)—experience with these is a bonus but not required.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to keep projects on track and deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
