Project Management Officer (PMO) – Technology Programs

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our dynamic Project Management Team, playing a critical role in the delivery of a wide range of technology-driven projects and programs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives within a highly regulated and fast-paced environment.

As a PMO, you will ensure adherence to governance frameworks, champion delivery standards, and support continuous improvement efforts across project management practices.

Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of technology projects/programs in alignment with Pegasus governance and enterprise PMO standards Coordinate the preparation and delivery of high-quality governance materials, including meeting packs and minutes Track and follow up on actions, including third-party coordination Maintain and analyse RAID logs, project plans, and management reports Assist with project audits and contribute to governance artefact reviews Provide stakeholder management across various levels of seniority Drive knowledge sharing and support continuous improvement initiatives across the PSO function
