Project Management Officer - Manufacturing Engineering Belcan are looking for an experienced PMO to join a fast-paced manufacturing engineering environment, supporting wide-body operations. This role focuses on driving best practices in project management, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring across multiple initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert project management support, ensuring governance, structure, and tools are effectively applied. Collaborate daily with project leaders to embed best practices and coach teams. Tailor project methods and tools to suit specific activities and promote Agile ways of working. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, track performance, and support decision-making through clear reporting. Lead risk and opportunity management, maintain registers, and coordinate with finance to align cost and progress. Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and contribute to reviews and operational meetings.
