Project Manager – Bar & Kitchen Installations\n\n Manchester (Nationwide Travel Required)\n Full-Time\n\nReports to: Senior Contracts Manager\n\nAbout Us\n\nWe are a leading hospitality and leisure fit-out specialist, delivering high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective solutions across the UK. Our expertise spans the design, manufacture, and installation of cutting-edge bars, commercial kitchens, restaurants, and luxury hospitality spaces.\n\nWorking with some of the most recognisable names in the industry, we create bespoke environments that combine style, functionality, and durability.\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of bar and kitchen installation projects from initial site mobilisation through to final handover.\n\nThis is a hands-on role requiring strong site presence, technical understanding, and excellent leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Project Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of installations, including planning, scheduling, logistics, and quality assurance\n\n * Site Coordination: Lead on-site operations, supervising subcontractors, trades, and fitters\n\n * Client Interface: Act as the primary on-site contact, ensuring expectations are managed and met\n\n * Supplier & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate deliveries, materials, and services to maintain programme timelines\n\n * Health & Safety: Enforce H&S procedures and ensure full compliance with legislation and company standards\n\n * Budget Control: Monitor costs, manage variations, and ensure projects remain within budget\n\n * Programme Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, adapting to changes where required\n\n * Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets drawings, specifications, and high-quality finish standards\n\n * Handover & Aftercare: Manage snagging, final sign-off, and post-completion support\n\nAbout You\n\n * Proven experience as a Project Manager within hospitality fit-out, bar, or commercial kitchen installations\n\n * Strong understanding of kitchen/bar construction, M&E coordination, and bespoke joinery/metalwork\n\n * Excellent leadership and communication skills\n\n * Ability to manage multiple teams and workstreams simultaneously\n\n * Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused approach\n\n * Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines\n\n * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide\n\nDesirable:\n\n * SMSTS\n\n * CSCS (Manager Card)\n\n * First Aid certification\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * Competitive salary (depending on experience)\n\n * Company car allowance\n\n * Company laptop and mobile phone\n\n * Company pension (after 3 months)\n\n * Private healthcare (after probation)\n\n * Performance-based bonus scheme (after 12 months)\n\n * 32 days holiday (including bank holidays)\n\n * Opportunity to work on high-profile hospitality projects\n\n * Supportive and collaborative working environment
