The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of bar and kitchen installation projects from initial site mobilisation through to final handover.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong site presence, technical understanding, and excellent leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of installations, including planning, scheduling, logistics, and quality assurance
* Site Coordination: Lead on-site operations, supervising subcontractors, trades, and fitters
* Client Interface: Act as the primary on-site contact, ensuring expectations are managed and met
* Supplier & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate deliveries, materials, and services to maintain programme timelines
* Health & Safety: Enforce H&S procedures and ensure full compliance with legislation and company standards
* Budget Control: Monitor costs, manage variations, and ensure projects remain within budget
* Programme Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, adapting to changes where required
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets drawings, specifications, and high-quality finish standards
* Handover & Aftercare: Manage snagging, final sign-off, and post-completion support
About You
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within hospitality fit-out, bar, or commercial kitchen installations
* Strong understanding of kitchen/bar construction, M&E coordination, and bespoke joinery/metalwork
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple teams and workstreams simultaneously
* Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused approach
* Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
Desirable:
* SMSTS
* CSCS (Manager Card)
* First Aid certification
