The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from initial brief through to completion, ensuring delivery is aligned with client expectations, programme, and budget. This Project Manager will work closely with a loyal client base, managing stakeholder relationships and providing clear, strategic advice throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee procurement processes, and monitor project performance. This Project Manager role will also involve risk management, reporting, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practice.

The Project Manager

The successful Project Manager will ideally have experience within a consultancy environment, with exposure to residential or mixed-use projects. The Project Manager should hold a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as APM, PRINCE2, or working towards MRICS or MAPM are highly desirable. This Project Manager will be a confident communicator, capable of building strong client relationships and managing multiple projects effectively within a London-based consultancy setting.
