You must have commercial project experience as a Project Manager\n\nWithin our expansion a new opportunity has been created for a Project Manager with experience in planned maintenance, refurbishment and general construction.\n\nAs a Project Manager you will deliver 4 x 5 projects in a number of sectors. This could include planned maintenance and decent homes schemes across the cities of Coventry.

Fit out of offices, Refurbishment of NHS and schools.\n\nWith a secured work load this is an excellent opportunity to join and have influence within a growing sector offering further progression for an individual with an ambitious attitude.\n\nProject Manager duties\n\nProject Manager with experience in refurbishment, fit out and new build. projects ranging from £1 - £5 million\n\nManage a team of Site Managers.\n\nLiaise with Contracts Manager's\nWork with Quantity Surveyors / Estimator to deliver projects\n\nAssist as Project Manager and have an active part in recruitment in this developing team.\n\nThis is intended to be an autonomous department within an established division.\n\nExperienced in Project Manager with experience in refurbishment, fit out and new build. is essential\n\nAs Project Manager you will be based in the office but travel to site.\n\nDeliver circa £30m p.a.
